The "PDHA-1000" is a temperature-programmed desorption hydrogen analyzer that analyzes hydrogen in solid metal materials such as iron. The sample is heated using the temperature-programmed desorption device "SDS-P3," and the resulting trace hydrogen is measured with high sensitivity using the sensor gas chromatograph "SGHA-P3." Additionally, the sensor gas chromatograph achieves fast separation and high-sensitivity measurement by using an original short column and a high-sensitivity semiconductor gas sensor in the detector. 【Features】 ■ High-sensitivity measurement using a semiconductor gas sensor (10 to 10,000 vlo.ppb) ■ Operates at atmospheric pressure (no need for vacuum or baking) ■ Can measure in air as well as in argon and nitrogen ■ Temperature range from room temperature to 600°C, with a variable heating rate of 1 to 20°C/min ■ Measurement cycle as short as 2.3 minutes *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Temperature-Programmed Desorption Hydrogen Analyzer "PDHA-4000"

No need for vacuum chamber pressure reduction! High-sensitivity measurement of hydrogen using semiconductor gas sensors.

The "PDHA-4000" is a device for analyzing hydrogen in solid metallic materials such as iron. The sample is heated from -100°C using a thermal desorption system (SDS-P3), and the resulting trace hydrogen is measured with high sensitivity using SGC (SGHA-P3-A1). Analysis can be performed under atmospheric pressure, and measurements can be taken using argon, nitrogen, or bottled air.
